VClock offers free, browser-based timekeeping tools including an alarm clock, countdown timer, stopwatch, world clock, date countdown and Pomodoro timer. The service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.
VClock runs inside your web browser and depends on your device, browser and power state. Alarms and timers will not function if the browser tab is closed, the browser is quit, the device sleeps or hibernates, the battery dies, or the operating system suspends the page.
Do not rely on VClock as your only alarm for critical events. For flights, examinations, medication schedules, medical procedures, safety-critical work or any situation where a missed alert has serious consequences, always use a dedicated device alarm as a backup. You accept full responsibility for consequences arising from a missed or delayed alert.
You agree to use VClock only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or reproduce the site in a way that misrepresents its origin.
The VClock name, design, interface, written guides and original content are the property of VClock.pro and may not be copied or republished without permission. You retain full ownership of anything you create using the tools, such as your own alarm labels and settings.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. While we aim for accuracy, timekeeping depends on your device clock and browser behaviour, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VClock.pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including any missed alarm, timer or notification.
The site displays third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those advertisements or the products and services they promote.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
